Prices, discounts, and promotions may change, and do not always include shipping, or import fees. Shipping times are estimates, and risk passes to you once a carrier takes possession. All content on the site is owned by Rayys or its licensors; you may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party tools and links may be provided for convenience but are not endorsed, and Rayys is not responsible for their content or performance. We operates the store using the Shopify platform, but all sales are directly between you and Rayys. You agree not to use the Services for prohibited or unlawful conduct, and Rayys may suspend or terminate access at any time. Certain rights and responsibilities survive termination. The Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayys and its partners are not liable for damages. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you can make a return within 30 days. Products must be returned in original condition with tags. Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or customization. Any refunds issued will be processed back to your original payment method once approved. Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled. You can only return a pre-order item once you have received it.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once the carrier takes possession, risk of loss passes to the customer.
